Reading the antibody repertoire at molecular resolution

Across serum and mucosal compartments, two complementary arms — secreted Ig profiling and B cell profiling — span the samples we collect, the tools we apply, and the insights they yield.

Lab capabilities map. Secreted Ig Profiling: Systems Serology and Mass Spectrometry applied to nasal, saliva, blood, stool, and breast-milk samples, yielding insights into antibody response magnitude, neutralization potency and breadth, effector function features, antibody repertoire, isotype distribution, and glycan analysis. B Cell Profiling: NextGen Sequencing and a Cell Display Platform applied to tonsil, adenoid, blood, and FNA samples, yielding paired BCR sequences, clonal lineage analysis, B cell development, screening of antigen-specific antibodies, and antibody discovery and engineering.

From repertoire to function

Starting from antibodies sampled across serum and mucosal compartments — respiratory and intestinal — we characterize the antigen-specific immune response along six complementary axes, from population-level dynamics down to protection in vivo.

Immune response characterization: antibodies from serum, respiratory mucosa, and intestinal mucosa are analyzed for temporal dynamics, convergent response across individuals, binding specificity, binding affinity, neutralization, and in vivo protection.
Antibodies sampled across serum and mucosal sites are characterized along six axes of the antigen-specific immune response — from temporal dynamics and convergent responses to binding specificity, affinity, neutralization, and in vivo protection.
